Catching flights early and pressing play late. Day 9 Extreme (X4) and 30 min cardio done! Better later than never!!!! I pushed play today on Day 1 of my vacation and ate clean today! I'm so proud of myself! I've NEVER made it to Day 10!!! Let's MF GOOOOOO!!!!
Day 8 Extreme (x4) and 40 min cardio in the MF Bag!!!! It was hard coming off that rest day but I pushed thru and killed it! I'm amazed at the results. It's only Day 8 and I'm down double digits on the scale!!!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOO! HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!!!
Day 2 Extreme and Kilker Abs on live stream at Noon in da bag! All the videos for extreme are not loaded so idk if I rest or workout tomorrow. This morning I waited over 2 hrs day 2 video to get uploaded 🤬 this is not fair. Why aren't all the videos for extreme uploaded @X28? I paid for ALL ACCESS! Should have All access to the workouts at my leisure. Got up at 5am to do day 2 b4 work and no video!

Did anyone join the live class this morning? If so how did you access it? I've asked this question several times before and no answer. I purchased all access just for the live classes. Please help!
