Well, yesterday I conquered my biggest sabotager (my mind) and got in Day 6✅.
I couldn't believe how easy the negative thoughts to "leave it until tomorrow, you are tired, it's a rest day tomorrow anyway, just do it later etc." crept into my head!!
But I got through it in the evening and completed Beginner Day6. I was so proud of myself this morning when I woke up. I know that may seem silly, but self-doubt has always been my biggest obstacle. So this is huge for me.

I tried to do the Lower Body workout, but I could not get through it. I will keep trying though.
Tomorrow, I am going to try the 20 min resistance! Have a great Day6 everyone!!
Jacqueline Hill: I can't do the burpees yet. I substitute side leg lifts for them. You have this!!
Alicia Que: That's a great substitute. Thank you. Until now I was just subbing with squats. But side leg lift is great! I will try that today because I know Day6 burpees are awaiting me! Thanks for the encouragement!
