Withdrawal headache and sore body!!! Did 10 miles today, can you over-do it? Anything works for Post-Workout Recovery? L-Glutamine powder isnโt working ๐
Team X28 : Good job at staying active! Bananas are a good post workout can snack. Doing so can reduce inflammation and replenish muscle glycogen stores, ultimately promoting quicker recovery.

Did day Day One and Two!!! Iโm TIRED!!! Iโm SO DETERMINED to stick with this challenge, THIS time!!! Itโs only been 4, or 5 times Iโve started and stopped, due to life situations!!! But, I got my revelation that Iโm only cheating myself out of health! Glad to be back, heavier, YES, but smarter and mentally ready!!! Letโs Do It/Letโs Go!
