Starting tomorrow, take your day 1 pictures…

-Exercise 30 mins per day with 1 active recovery day per week
-Eat clean
-Drink a minimum of 80oz of water
-Read 10 mins per day or listen to a podcast
-Spend 5-10 mins in prayer, meditation, stretching, or journaling
