Ari Wilks: What do you mean by "live"? If you click on subscriptions you should be able to choose what level (beginners, intermediate etc) workout you want to be committed too. Then Click on "Day 01" workout and so on.

Then: - Click on the My Subscriptions tab - Click on your subscription plan - Select your video and press Play
