If I'm doing the 28 day challenge, should I add another challenge? I'm on the beginner level.
Kim Morales: It’s up to you and if you feel like you can do it! I always encourage to do as much as you can to see maximum results.
Team X28 : It's totally up to you. But one challenge at a time is good enough.

I asked a question about what's the difference between the 14 day challenge and the 30 day program. For the 30 days, do you get similar daily workouts? That you can play when you have time?

Team X28 : Hi Dianne! There's no difference. You get the same workouts as our 28-day challenge. It's just a 14-day version of the program.

How do you guys keep track of your schedule?? I have a very short term memory & this new site doesn't show which day you completed like the last site.
Coop: I do. The new features definitely come in handy.
