I don’t know if it looks like a difference but o definitely feel lighter and better about myself. I lost 3 inches off my waist. I measured 46 inches and now am measuring 43 inches, and I’m not hulking ALOT of my clothes lol 🀣🀣 I can’t wait for more change πŸ’ͺ🏽 Top row are the before πŸ˜…

I did it ! It was not easy and I definitely did not do it perfectly but I was consistent with working out 😭 I’m so proud of myself Day 14 βœ… I will post my before and afters soon πŸ₯³

Today was tough, I was not going to work out today (Mother Nature paid me a 2 week early visit, tmi ik) But I googled it lol and I’m pretty sure it’s because I’ve added working out to my daily routine πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ₯² But anywho, I ate a whole chocolate chip cookie πŸ˜– So I had to get my workout in. I did one round of intermediate and I almost passed out, so I switched back beginners *I’m not ready just yet! But I modified the workout by adding a 5 pound weight to some of the reps. It feels good to not have given up. I’m feeling shaky, but on top of the world. GN everyone

Ok…. *as I type this I’m sitting on the edge of my couch with my workout clothes on πŸ˜… So I’m going to be doing my workout pretty late in the day today. I usually workout after work around 3:30-4 but because I’m off today it’s been hard for me to get moving. I eat dinner at this time but had my food a bit earlier today. I’m so dreading this πŸ™ƒ I’m going to keep pushing tho y’all this pic I took comparing today to day 1 is telling me not to give up πŸ’ͺ🏽
Bryanna Pride: Beginner! I cannot do anymore, well not yet lol and I’m doing interment fasting I eat from 11am-8pm. Drink a lot of water! And I waist train and have been eating clean. Oh yea I stopped smoking weed πŸ˜… for the challenge, it makes me over eat so bad.
