Can someone explain the different meal plans?

I am 145lbs and looking to be more toner in the stomach area...I definitely love to eat and that is my problem...I already work out regularly but my food intake is out of control...lol...so I am just looking for a meal plan that will help me tone the stomach but also help with my greediness lol.
Janice holmes: I'm doing standard meal plan I'm the same with food I'm 157 & only looking to snatch my belly I'm seeing a difference but by x28 I was told if I'm hungry outside of my meal plan eat fruit and nuts it's hard cuz im use to eating whatever I want but u have to take control 💪🏾
