Good Morning Everyone,

The subscription isn’t in my budget this month but still determined to workout. I started on Day 1. I’m not sure when the rest day is so more than likely I’ll be working out straight through.

I do 5 workouts from the insta page for 4 rounds. Before starting my rounds I do the warm up I remember doing from last month challenge.

Day 25 done! I had to do it a little different today. The videos weren’t loading right again today but worse than yesterday. Instead of saying, “Forget it” & not working out, I set a timer for 45 mins (I had already done the warm up & part of the 1st round). I follow X28 on insta & had already saved some workouts. Today I did 5 different workouts (15 secs in between each one & 1 min after each round) for 4 rounds. I started each round w/ modified jumping jacks (I’m doing the beginners challenge).

Later on, the videos were working & I watched to see what was done. I did everything she did except burpees & the crunch. That means I’m used to what we do.

My apologies for another long post but I’m very proud of myself for finding another alternative instead of not working out at all.

We are almost at the end (even though I’m going to renew lol).

Day 24 Complete! I don’t know what was up but the video kept pausing today (possible service issues). I stayed motivated & determined to finish though. I’m so proud of myself for getting this far. I know I’ll make it to day 28 & renew! 💪🏽🙌🏽 I hope everyone is doing good & staying motivated.

I have been going by the workout schedule but not the meal plan. I still watch what I eat. I sure I would see a bigger difference if I went by it but I can’t focus on more than one thing at once. If I do that I’ll lose motivation to get to my goal. All in all, my clothes feel different in certain areas. For that, I will not give up!! 💪🏽💪🏽
