Hey everyone ! I am SO thankful to have found this one day scrolling on instagram ! After many attempts at reclaiming ME I am excited to start this new journey ! As a mom of 4 itโ€™s hard to get to a gym without daycare and find little motivation to go since idk what Iโ€™m doing lol ( I workout for months then fall off for months ) . Excited I can do this from home and stay motivated ! Thank you all! Day 1 tomorrow ! If anyone has words of wisdom or which challenge to do first ? Selestine Wynn: Welcome!!! As a mom of 6 the best time for me to do workouts is first thing in the morning before everyone gets up or in the evening after everyone is put to bed โ€ฆ. I hope this helps and donโ€™t forget to tell yourself how amazing and beautiful you are!!!
