Just finished what should of been my 6 workout,I got behind a couple of days because of my knee, believe me, I'm making up for it now.......down 9.2 pounds, I'll definitely take it,looking forward to how much more will follow,Don't forget.....DRINK PLENTY OF WATER,& lay off the salt,sugar&fat,G.N.😍
