FINALLY! π© Second half of D26 + D28 β

Finished just in time for the August challenge. This challenge was rough but glad I finished. Taking final measurements and weight in the morning (though I don't anticipate much of a difference) but here are a few NSVs:
- I could not lift my legs during my first challenge in March with the Raised Russian Twists but I can lift them now
- I no longer need a rolled towel under my tailbone for floor exercises
- I can hold my planks with zero struggle
- I tried on a shirt I had which was a size Small and can fit it again
I really want to do more strength training during this next challenge since I didn't do that this past month so I can lose more body fat. Looking forward to Challenge 5 β₯οΈ
