Day 3 rest day & lots of stretching. Just to motivate someone….. I’ve lost over 65 lbs on this program. The program works, But you have to do the work. Yes I got tired at times, yes I felt like giving and yes it’s hard to break bad habits. But consistency is the key. Giving up is never an option for me. You can do it. Keep pushing.
