Whoโs still working from the last challenge? This is like my 4th or 5th challenge and this is now my lifestyle. If you look at it as a challenge for 28 days..... your just going to do 28 day. So change your mind set and just keep moving. Iโve lost a total of 55 lbs and counting.

Dee: I'm behind but this is my 4th time trying it. Within 2 weeks I always see changes. I lose inches and I feel lighter. But dieting is the key to it.
