I had a minor set back but back at it again. This program is really great and different than any other challenge Iโ€™ve tried. I love the warm ups and cool down included in all the workouts. Iโ€™m sore but itโ€™s always a good type of sore that I recover back quickly. So far this program is not comparable to any other challenge Iโ€™ve tried. Not only have the scale moved but my pants is getting looser and my stomach has went down some in just a short time.

Started workout late but Day 1 workout. I didnโ€™t think I was going to make it but I pushed through and remember it wasnโ€™t sprint but a marathon.

Getting ready to start day 1. It may be hard but the imperative thing is that you start and keep going. Nothing happens if you continue to stay in what you think is your comfort zone. You have to make a lifestyle change and that goes for every area of your life because most of us are emotional eaters.
