We made it!!! Day 28. Congrats everyone!!! 🎉

Proud of my results. Most importantly, my increased energy, strength & disciple. I've never stuck to a fitness routine for 28 days. Let alone- happily. I looked forward to my workouts every day. The way ya'll have this set up is top tier. Appreciate you taking the guess work out of it making it easy for us to succeed. 🔥🙌🏽💪🏽

My aha moment. So I only meal prepped the first 16 days. That is when I saw results slow down. So I will be back on the plan for round two. 🎯 My goals- body fat down, muscle up!

@Team X28 approximately how many calories is this meal plan? Mine is 1349 so want to make sure Im not over.
Team X28 : We don't have a calorie count since because its a guide instead of a strict plan.

In my feelings in the best way! To see this weight coming off, to see a change in my body and to be only 6 days in...I'm so happy. I'm doing the beginners challenge enhanced results meal plan. Joining this challenge was the best decision. I can actually see myself reaching my goal by the end of the year. Yes, I will be doing this on repeat because it's the first challenge I actually like that's not unrealistic. I refuse to starve or kill myself in the gym. This ain't that! Thanks X28 Team! 💛
