Hi Everyone I’m new here my name is Nickisha (Nicki) I did my first 14 day workout challenge and couldn’t continue in the second day bcz I could have hardly walk and in so much pain any advice and help would be great and will I still feel more pain after this pain subsided and I continue?
Cristian Bailey: Hi Nickisha! Welcome to the X28 Family! The pain that you’re feeling is your body getting used to working out. You’re just waking up the muscles in your body. Trust me, we have all been there and the soreness eventually subsides. Here are some things that will help: 1) Don’t give up. You have to give your body time to get used to working out. 2) Go at your own pace and do the modifications the coaches show you if necessary. You can also try the low impact program and then work your way up to the Intermediate level 3) Make sure you stretch after the workouts. The coaches do a cool down after the workout, but there are also stretching videos called the Stretch Zone in the Bonus Program section 4) Try taking a bath with epsome salt to help with the soreness. 5) Make sure you stay hydrated and drink water.
