So any suggestions on which challenge to do next according to my pics?? πŸ€ͺ.. thinking I do lower body like in December January but now I wanna focus on this belly, my youngest child is 19 he is the reason lol for the c section bloat fat etc.. very hard to keep tamed.... ok gotta go...

I do the beginners and LowerBodyBlast and with those two programs I hit the main areas that need attention which is full body.
