So any suggestions on which challenge to do next according to my pics?? π€ͺ.. thinking I do lower body like in December January but now I wanna focus on this belly, my youngest child is 19 he is the reason lol for the c section bloat fat etc.. very hard to keep tamed.... ok gotta go...
Niki Wilson: Heeeeyyyy Michelle, I feel you on focusing on your belly but trust the process slow and consistent. I do the beginners and LowerBodyBlast and with those two programs I hit the main areas that need attention which is full body. The workouts really gets the job done remember that it takes time and results donβt come overnight so trust the process, Itβs Progression not Perfection.
