Hey I’m starting again here after several years of giving up. No excuses this time. Couple questions though. Is the live sessions enough or need to follow a particular program as well. Also I do drink smoothies occasionally but what do you suggest for someone with no appetite. I can go days without eating and know that’s not good, especially exercising.
