I’m fine FINE I was lil fine but now I’m BIG FINE!
I’m 2 days off 1 because I fell while running and reopen a wound from about 2 months ago when I had an altercation with the pavement. Then the rest day and life be lifein.

I’m definitely about to hit these next 4 days hard just because I can and the program is still up.

For those who have completed this IM SOFA KING PROUD. It ain’t easy.
