Hi fit fam. Is anyone else here struggling with being consistent with healthy eating? I have been struggling with motivation as whole over the last few weeks or so. Please feel free to share any tips or strategies to get over this rut🙌🏾👊🏿💪🏾
Jackie Pierre: I try and start with small goals so its not so overwhelming. For example; I have bought a huge (2 litre) water bottle and my goal is to finish that everyday and I've been doing oatmeal for breakfast and always make sure I have at least a yogurt in the fridge at work for a snack; so far so good!
Raeitzer Farrell: I take it 1min, 1hour, 1day at a time. I wasn’t motivated to do the workout, at all! I usually do intermediate but I did beginners instead. It’s about consistency and not motivation. The honest truth… motivation come and go hence the small goals. I’m also struggling with eating healthy but I figure if I stay consistent with the workouts, it will come.🤷🏽‍♀️ 🙇🏽‍♀️
