Day 15 ☑️ Regardless of when we started, let’s all get this out the way by May. I have to continuously remind myself that even though I’m half way done with the program this is still the beginning. I’m half way done with my beginning of my new journey. The marathon continues 💯

Time for an update! Day 11-14 done ☑️ I’ve been struggling with a lower back issue that goes down my right side. It hurts the right side of my back and around my calf muscle and quads 😖 Any recommendations ?
Brianna McCormick: I use this roller ball and massage it across my lower back when my right side bothers me. I have piriformis (similar to sciatica) and I also stretch when it flares up.
Colossu5 Clarke: I don't think I have it in me to go to the chiropractor just yet. I definitely will start rolling it out after my workouts. Thank you both for the great recommendations.
Phyllis Martin: Also search for Dr. Michael Rowe on YouTube. He has good videos for back pain relief.

Day 10 ☑️ I strained a muscle in my back which required me to take an extra recovery day 😖. Luckily I felt a lot better when I woke up today and was able to kill my workout and did and extra chest workout after 😌

Day 9 ☑️ So, I randomly saw one of my friends at the gym today and he was contemplating giving up his membership. I told him about X28 and he joined me on my workout and we got a great one in. I also think it motivated him to keep his membership and possibly join us on the challenge! #ConsistencyIsKey 🔑

Day 8 ☑️ Got a late night workout in tonight and had the whole gym to myself. My endurance is finally coming back! It feels good to feel good 😌

Great rest day! Meal prepped for the week then I finished got in my spa to help with my soreness and it helped to much I said, “might as well do a pool workout”! Made a nice lil 4 round circuit workout. Now I’m relaxing and watching this Earth, Wind and Fire vs. the Isley Brothers on Versuz TV. Who else jamming?

Yesterday I knocked out Day 4 and skipped Day 3. My body is SORE you hear me but I don’t really want to take a rest day. Should I go to the gym or use today as a rest/plan/meal prep day?

Day 2 in the bag ☑️ Going to stretch in the morning because I’m already sore as hell lol. Day 3 is supposed to be a rest day, but I’ve been resting far too long that’s why I’m here to begin with so we will be doing Day 4 tomorrow. I’ll be catching up to y’all soon 😈
