Ok guys,the devil was trying to get in my head and discourage me from starting this journey. I am determined. I completed round 1, Im late but I will catch back up. I slack up a little on the jump and jacks but I ran in place. The seesaws and up and over took me out bc it s been so long and I believe my back muscle are gone and after having 2 covid babies back to back I am determined to get stronger. By this time next week I should have my weakness down pack. I didnt give up.!
Olethea Selver: Dont give up .... you got this ... put those negative thoughts under subjection . Say " I am a conqueror , I will do this , I will trust in The Most High .
Olethea Selver: Remember no one else is gonna get you the results you want but you. I had to keep telling myself that.
Andrea Collins: Thanks luv, I most def encourage myself. I just closed my eyes and took slow breaths and kept going and before I knew it I got through. Im getting better each day.

Each workout session from the warm up, all 4 rounds, to the cool down is exactly how long? So we repeat the video or just actually getting through each exercises once it what's required?
