Hello Everybody! I'm new to all of this. I took my "before " pictures, now I am ready for the workouts. Should I try stretching first cause I'm very stiff and out of shape.
Shay Thomas: I stretch before and after! I am also about a 45 days in! Definitely helps! The first try I did not stretch ! I lasted 8 days! I do there beginning stretches and cool downs! Sometimes modify there stretches and cool downs but it gets done every exercise! (Momma of 2 young boys!)
T Walker : Thanks all for the good advice. Now I am on day 2 But I am so hungry. Trying hard to stick to the meal plan I didn't realize how much I eat daily.
