Starnyse Thomas: Just depends on you really. I do Intermediate and Lower Body in one day. Morning and night. Or I might do it twice morning and night

Just bought the 14 day challenge for beginners. Can’t wait to start tomorrow. I am looking forward to seeing my results. I have lost 15lbs over the last month, so hopefully I would have lost more by the time I complete the challenge.
