Hey X28 family, so I am addicted to the water brand ICE sparkling water and I’m just wondering if these are good for the body or if I need to slow down an possibly back off of them…What are your thoughts?
Team X28 : Hey @Shannon I recommend scaling back on the carbonated water. Believe it or not, it is very acidic so too much can cause bloating. It’s also contains —sucralose which has been linked to increasing appetite by interfering with hormones in the brain that tell you you're full. It also can kill the good bacteria in your gut. If you can, just drink water or if you need added flavor add lemon, lime, or cucumbers.
