Hello you guys, I see you guys have changed some things up with the videos. I personally liked the old version better because it had a timer, it gave breaks and it was broken down into rounds. also it wasn't that much talking, it gave motivations pieces and it allowed me to zone out. if we can take a vote to which version of the videos the community like that would be nice. by no means am I trying to be negative just feed back on the switch ups
