Just completed day one of the Intermediate level! Don't give up!!! Was a bit challenging for me due to a past ankle and knee injury but I just paced myself and completed the workout!
it's awesome! In 28 days I'm be going everywhere in a Bikiniiiiiii hahhahhaha have blessed day guys
