I'm super geeked and nervous at the same time!!!! I work midnights 7p-7a so I will be doing the challenge when I get off work in the mornings. My only concern is the times that I eat. Other than that...I'm ready to start now!!!
Sabrina Allen: If you need to adjust the times to fit your schedule you should be able to do so and still get results. Jusy try to keep them equally spread out as reflected in the meal plan.
