Breakfast: 4 boiled eggs and whole grapefruit, Snack: Yogurt parfait, Lunch: Baked Salmon w/ asparagus. Day 4 work out loading....here we go!

I definitely took advantage of rest day. My body needed it! Still eating clean as well! 8 min abs and squats before bed, and back at it tomorrow!

Are we suppose to do all 4 workout rounds at a time or spread it out through the day?
Shauntasia Dey: I believe it's all considered 1 session lol ...the nerve!
Coop: All 4 rounds back-to-back with no more than 60 seconds between each round.

Day 2 complete...omg lol! Breakfast: Chick-fil-A Burrito breakfast bowl and OJ. Snack: Yogurt Parfait. Lunch: Chick-fil-A Lemon kale caesar salad. Snack: Pistachios. Iā€™m on the go today!
