Made it thru day 2! I had to really dig deep and push my self.. so glad I did! Keep pushing friends. I’m treating my self to some new work out clothes..

First day. first work out done. I started with the beginner. tonight I will do the lower body challenge. My Water intake up. im writing down every thing I eat. I feel good and ready to crush my goals.
