My meal plan is still stuck on day-1-day 7 and no one replied to my email

Hi I have been following the strict meal plan on the nutrition page where my goals must be set first to know how many calories I should be in taking. Now I decide to look at the strict meal plan under documents and it's a completely different meal plan. PLEASE TELL ME WHICH ONE I SHOULD BE FOLLOWING CAUSE I DONT WANNA WASTE MY MONEY. THANK YOU

The meal plan located in the Nutrition page (where your goals are set and calories are calculated specifically for you) is the one you should be following. That version is personalized based on your selected goals and is designed to align with your calorie targets. Day 6 done. Trainer was kinda off from forgetting that we were doing low impact moves to forgetting to tell us when to start sometimes. Sometimes I still thought she was on the demo.

Good morning. Does anyone know how to follow the workouts on the television instead of mobile devices as seen on the social media advertisements?
Team X28 : Hi @Antoinette, You can log into your account from our website: X28fitness.com or our X28 app and access from your phone, computer, tablet, or any device that has access to WiFi. You can access the challenge from your TV by using a HDMI cord with your laptop, or smart casting it to your TV.

Hi everyone. I bought this last night so I'll start tomorrow. Gotta go grocery shopping too. How do yall shop with the meals listed a day at a time?
Team X28 : Welcome to the party!!! π some members usually skim the whole week first, then make a grocery list by category (proteins, veggies, carbs, snacks). A lot of ingredients repeat, so one weekly shop works great.π
