Hello to all! I’m excited for this journey but I have a few questions. I signed up for beginners but wanted to know what is the difference between beginners and intermediate? I’m definitely up for a challenge but want this journey to be rewarding but not to where it’s overwhelming. Should I stay with beginners or see about changing it to intermediate? What’s your take?
Coop: Beginners is low impact. A slower pace, but a good workout. Intermediate is faster paced with plenty of jumping.
Shea: Difference is life or death. No, I'm kidding. But, I would suggest if you haven't worked out in a while start with beginner to get your body and mind in sync and prepared to workout and build your way up gradually. Good luck!
Ashley Semien: Thank you both! I’ve changed to intermediate bc I workout here and there so I believe I can handle the challenge. And I’m willing to push myself to my fullest potential. I’m all in LOL
