Day 28 Completed ✅ I am so proud of myself and all of you, we did it. I had bad days I had sore days I had injury days, but I didn’t give up. I feel wonderful after completing this challenge. I lost 8lbs still have more to do.One step at a time. See y’all next challenge. 💪🏿
