Day 6 done! Had a out pt procedure last week that restricted me from physical activity. Hoping I can get caught up by the end of the month. Felt good to get that work back in!
Team X28 : Coming back after a procedure? That’s dedication right there. Don’t stress about catching up your body needed that rest. The fact that you’re back and feeling good is the real win. Finish strong and listen to your body. You’ve got this! Hope you are feeling better 💪🏾
