DAY 18 β
I did 20 minutes of yoga and I did the beginners workout and I'm going to end it with a 15 minute yoga stretch all right y'all see you tomorrow ππΎππΎππΎπͺπΎ

I did 20 minutes of yoga stretching I give myself 70%, it's because I feel like I could have did better but I pushed through it's been a lot going with me π€¦πΎββοΈ but I still made it on the mat so I guess that's the only thing that matters I need me a iit but of rest y'all so I can keep my head in the game see you on Sunday β€οΈ

All right y'all cravings kicked and I ate a half a bag of chips of Hot Cheetos my favorite π€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈπ€¦πΎββοΈLord I'm going to pay for that and one cookie so I got my butt on this mat and I did 20 minutes of yoga and I got in the beginners workout I'm not playing these cravings they gotta go but Day 6 β

Day 5β
I did the lower body workout 20 minutes of stretching aka yoga because yesterday I was tired so I got Lil bit of rest did my errands & stuff and I wasn't going to work out today it's a mind thing you already know how that can be but it was like the lower body workout was calling my name my hips were not sore but it was like CALLING MEπ€¦πΎββοΈπ₯°π I can't explain it but once I did the workout it was like that's what my body wanted so I feel great I'm about to do 15 more minutes of yoga just to stretch because that is like two workouts in one let's just be honest here tomorrow I will attack Day 6 before the super bowl even get started okay love y'all see y'all on Mondayπ₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ

Day 4 β
feeling great π€π€π€I did the the beginner workout and 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of stretching after now about to eat a salad make sure you guys drink your water work your way up to a gallon of water if u can right now I'm at a half a gallon doing pretty good πππ
