Day 9 doneβ is out the window ain't nothing but a little bit of straightening same as usual 30 minutes of yoga 8 Minute arms and now about to stretch feeling good π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯ ketoππππ

DAY 8 β I started my day off with 30 minutes of yoga for stretching which I needed 8 minutes of arms and then I attack day 8 like I didn't even have a day off I FEEL GREATπππππππΎππΎππΎ #ketoπ―π―π―βπ₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯

Day 6 done π―βππππ i did 30min of yoga 8 min arms as well for a whole week thank god i get to restπ€π€π€ tomorrow now I am finishing up my water intake and I'm trying my best to drink a gallon of water a day so today is day 3 of that but I am so glad that I get to rest tomorrow I ain't doing nothing but laying in the bed and praying I still have legs for Monday π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£πππππ€¦πΎ

DAY 2 was great π₯π₯π₯π₯but those squats jump INS Lord have mercy ππππI'm too old for thatπ€£π€£π€£π I had to do half and half but it doneπππππππππ₯
