Day 6 done πŸ’―βœ”πŸ‹πŸ‹πŸ‹πŸ‹ i did 30min of yoga 8 min arms as well for a whole week thank god i get to restπŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€— tomorrow now I am finishing up my water intake and I'm trying my best to drink a gallon of water a day so today is day 3 of that but I am so glad that I get to rest tomorrow I ain't doing nothing but laying in the bed and praying I still have legs for Monday πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ‹πŸ‹πŸ‹πŸ‹πŸ€¦πŸΎ
