Yaaaassss! D28 doneeee π₯³π₯³ππ½ππ½ I have never completed a fitness challenge before - I am so proud of myself! All of us really, even if you missed a few days, didn't always eat clean, modified the workout (I know I did), etc.
Gonna do my final measurements tomorrow morning but here are some of my NSVs!:
- My tail bone doesn't hurt doing the floor exercises
- No breaks during the exercises after the 1st week
- I can fit an old pair of jeans more comfortably
- My flexibility is better
- Saved money from not eating out π₯²

Not sure why my body has been feeling extra tired or why I havenβt been enthused to workout like in previous days but Day 19 is done nonetheless β

Brianna McCormick: @Meg girl these results are becoming more evident every day so that is also a motivator for me. As well as knowing Iβm tired of playing around with my fitness goals so I gotta keep going to get the results I want.
