3. Do I need access to a gym or equipment?
We do not require gym equipment to complete any of the X28 workouts, and you will not need access to a gym. X28 is completely online and can be done from the comfort of your home.
4. How long will I have access to my Challenge?
You will have access to the challenge for 35 days from the Challenge’s start date.Each month there is a new challenge with a designated start date. You can always visit our website to find out the next Challenge’s start date and claim your spot! If you are taking the 14-Day Challenge you will have access for 21 days!

The X28 Beginners Challenge is our low impact HIIT cardio program that will have you moving at a more moderate pace with exercises that are designed to avoid putting any strain on the knees, back ,or joints. This program is optimal for someone just getting started on their fitness journey, or anyone who struggles with high impact exercise.

The Xtreme Challenge is our advanced X28 program and the next level up from our Intermediate Challenge. It is designed to help you burn up to 50% more calories featuring longer workout times and shorter rest periods than the Intermediate challenge. It consists of core, ab, and total body exercises.

The Lower Body Blast Challenge is comprised of a variety of glute & lower body specific exercises. This program is designed to help you lift, tone and shape your entire lower body from the comfort of your home..
9. Does X28 come with a meal guide?
Each challenge comes with several optional meal guides. We also have vegan and vegetarian options. All of our meal plans are suggested, not required, however to get the optimal results, following the meal plan will help guide you to stay in alignment with the proper nutrition needed for the workouts provided in the Challenge. You can modify the meal guides to meet your dietary preferences. .
